Manage Projects

Access projects

  1. Access your Projects List by clicking Projects in the upper left hand corner.
  2. Here you will see any active projects- including their name, owner, and start date.
  3. Search keywords using the search bar in the top right to locate a project, or use the sort features by clicking the arrows next to Project Name and Date Added at the top of the project list.
  4. Click the arrow next to Active Projects in the top left of the page and select Archived Projects to access a list of your archived projects.

Duplicate projects

  1. If you want to make changes to an existing project, add new interviews, or run another synthesis, you’ll need to duplicate your project.
  2. Click the Clipboard icon to the right of  the project you’d like to change.
  3. A new project will populate in your project list with the word COPY- click into it to work.

Archive projects

  1. If you have several active projects, you may want to organize them using the project archive.
  2. Click the three vertical dots to the far right of the project name and hit Archive.
  3. Click the arrow next to Active Projects in the top left of the page and select Archived Projects to access a list of your archived projects.

Unarchive projects

  1. Click the arrow next to Active Projects in the top left of the page and select Archived Projects to access a list of your archived projects.
  2. Click the three vertical dots to the far right of the project name and hit Unarchive.
  3. Toggle between your active and archived projects anytime using the toggle at the top of the page.

Delete projects

  1. Click the Projects button in the top left corner to access your project lists.
  2. Click the three vertical dots to the right of the project name.
  3. Hit delete.
  4. Please note, once you delete a project, you will no longer have access to associated transcripts, data, and stories.

Delete filessynthesis

  1. You’ll want to check that all of the interviews you want to include in your analysis are included in the dataset before you ask CoNote to synthesize your work. You can do this by reviewing the thumbnail previews.
  2. To delete a video, click the garbage can icon on the right.

Note: Once you hit ‘Synthesize,’ videos can only be deleted by starting a new project.

Delet filessynthesis

Things happen, if you need to delete a file, you can do so from the project list page.

  1. Using the clipboard icon, duplicate your project.
  2. A copy of your project will appear in your project list with the word COPY in front of it.

Select the copied project to update or remove files, change goals, and resynthesize new work.
